There is a collection of accountancy registers, commercial letters, rubber stamps and paintings which all tell the story of a company which was already involved in commercializing Parmigiano Reggiano from the mid 1800s.
Giorgio Cravero (1808-1880) as head of the family started selecting Italian cheeses in 1855. Since then the Cravero family, has handed down this tradition from father to son, maintaining the same passion for the art of curing high quality cheeses.
