Since 150 years we only select very high quality stocks,
that are produced near the mountain and hilly pastures,
in the area of origin of the best agricultural and dairy
products.
A number of these forms is to be refined in the town of
Bra, the remainder part stays in Emilia Romagna to ripen
in our ageing stores and to be then collected and traded
by our company.

We remember you that G. Cravero Srl doesn't sell to private
clients, and for the clients with a VAT number, the minimum
order and delivered quantity is 3 cheese forms (more or
less 100 Kg of Parmigiano cheese).
